Boost Your Immune System With Golden Milk!

This evening drink is well-known in the Yoga and Ayurveda traditions for its anti-inflammatory, bone nourishing and immune boosting benefits. It's not only healing, but also comforting. A perfect addition to your nighttime routine that will boost your immune system while you become zen and get ready for ZzzLand!


Ingredients

1 cup of almond or coconut milk

2 teaspoons of turmeric

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of ginger

a pinch of black pepper

a splash of honey (optional)


Heat the milk in a small saucepan, add the herbs, whisk by hand and let it simmer till it's about to boil. Pour into a mug, add some honey if desired and enjoy!
